Welcome Christina, our new Snohomish and Island County Victim Services Coordinator!
As our new victim advocate for Snohomish and Island counties, last month we welcomed Christina to our VSS team! Christina comes to VSS with a wealth of experience working with those who have been hurt or harmed by crime. Christina joins us from Colorado where she worked as a victim advocate for the Gilpin County Sheriff’s Office. Prior to her work with law enforcement, she worked at a community based victim advocacy organiation called PAVSA (Program for Aid to Victims of Sexual Assault) where she wore multiple hats including working as an adovcate with sexual assault victims. She also has a background working for a hospice and grief center in Minnesota. Christina has a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from St. Cloud University in Minnesota, and a Masters in Criminal Justice from University of Massachusetts. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two adorable corgis and enjoys knitting, sewing and being outdoors. Welcome Christina!
