Congratulations, Leslie

Last month, one of our very own, Leslie McPherson (Director of Hotline & Volunteer Services), graduated from the Leadership Snohomish County Signature Class on May 23.

Leadership Snohomish County is the local organization recognized for cultivating sustainable leadership. Since its founding in 1996, LSC has graduated talented, motivated professionals who are informed about local issues and ready to engage for the long-term.

The Signature Class is for professionals with some leadership experience in community roles, from varied careers, educational, political, and cultural backgrounds, who are ready to explore local issues and leadership strategies to prepare for civic involvement.

I am also very grateful for VSS, our Executive Director, Michaela, for believing in me and providing me with professional growth and development. This was an amazing opportunity that will always have a big place in my heart. I made lifelong connections and learned so much more about the community.
