GiveBIG for Victim Support Services on Tuesday, May 3rd!

 On Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from Midnight to Midnight, The Seattle Foundation will host its sixth annual GiveBIG and Victim Support Services is participating! For every donation made on www.theseattlefoundation.org on Tuesday, May 3rd, The Seattle Foundation will add matching funds to help make the most of your donation.

If Victim Support Services raises at least $100 in donations we are then eligible to receive a portion of a “Stretch pool” (partial matching funds). The final amount of the stretch pool and the proportion of funds Victim Support Services receives will not be determined until May 3rd. The Seattle Foundation will “Stretch” all donations up to $2,500 per donor, per organization.

With your generous donation we can continue to serve the many people who call the 24 – hour WA State Crime Victim Service Center hotline, and support victims by providing one-on-one advocacy, criminal justice system advocacy and intervention, courtroom support, media intervention, support groups, trauma therapy, resources, referrals and education for victims of crime.
