Welcome Michelle Pauley

Victim Support Services welcomes the newest member of our team, Michelle Pauley. Michelle fills the role of Mental Health Therapist. She comes to VSS with a Master’s in Social Work and a specialization in working with trauma with all ages.  When Michelle is not performing trauma informed therapy with VSS clients, she is busy with clients at the YWCA of King and Snohomish Counties.  She also brings to work a vast knowledge of the legal system, spending many years as a paralegal.  Born and raised in Snohomish County, Michelle is proud to serve her community.  In her free time, Michelle loves to spend time sailing in the waters of Puget Sound, whipping up culinary creations in her kitchen, and cheering the University of Washington football team to victory.
